Chicken Malai Kebab - Indian Dish

Ingredients

Methods:

Fish was always abundant, where I grew up on the west coast of Florida. Shrimp was a dinner staple in our house. This shrimp scampi recipe was formulated from a combination of flavors and ingredients from my all time favorite restaurant recipes in my hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida.

Shrimp Scampi

1 pound (peeled and deveined) jumbo fresh shrimp
1 medium onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup butter orMargarine, melted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon steak sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Cooked fettuccine

Devein and peel shrimp. Cook onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet (medium heat), stirring constantly, 4 minutes. With lemon juice and next 3 ingredients. Bring to boil, add shrimp and cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or turn to pink shrimp. Are active and fettuccine. Yield: 3 to4 servings

Instructions:

In a large non-reactive bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic and black pepper. Season with crushed red pepper, if desired. Add shrimp and coat to throw. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill for high heat. Thread shrimp on skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. The whole thing with sea salt, if desired.

Ingredients:

12 large shucked clams and clam juice

8 Intermediate fresh diced tomatoes

3 or 4 diced white potatoes

1 red pepper, peeled and roasted seeded2 egg yolks1 tablespoons white wine vinegar1 lemon, juiced1 1 / 2 teaspoon garlic capers6 anchovy cloves8fillets1 1 / 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper pepper1 cup oilsalt salad (to taste)

In a medium bowl, place the celery, green onions, parsley, egg, mustard, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix the ingredients well. Add salt, pepper, ground, and biscuits. Carefully mix the ingredients together with your hands so that they are well combined. Gently fold crab meat into the mixture. Let the mixture for 1 seat / 2 hours in the refrigerator. Form the mixture into meat pies.

In a large skillet placeMelt the butter and heat over medium until it has melted. Sauté the crab cakes for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Elegant Egg Salad With Cashews And Curry

I grew up in Great Neck, Long Iceland, a suburb of New York City. When I lived there, Great Neck was a small village with a dairy and a charming station, the set looked like a toy train. Many TV personalities, including Perry Como, where he lived, because it was so close to the city.

Our house has no air conditioning, and sometimes the nights were unbearably hot. But I remember loving the steaming Iceland Summer Long. We often went to Jones Beach onSouth bank. My mother would pack a lunch for us, sweetened iced tea with orange juice (they wanted it more than lemon), some fruit, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches.

We have always rented a large beach umbrella. After my brother and I were in the water we would eat lunch in the shade of the canvas roof and move our toes played in the sand. Since then, egg salad sandwiches have symbolized the summer and if I can close my eyes and think, I almost tastethem and smell the sea.

Where have egg salad come from?

Eggs are one of the oldest foods. Recipes for cooking eggs date back centuries. I have over 100 pounds and looked to cook egg salad in some of them. A book had a recipe for "Old Time Egg Salad," a veritable salad with torn lettuce leaves, thinly sliced red onions, sliced hard boiled eggs, sliced, tossed with a cider vinegar and oil dressing.

Over the years, cooking at home has chopped cucumbers, black olives, greenOlives, peppers, red peppers, anchovies and other ingredients to make salad eggs. I have done the same. Sometimes I've made "normal" egg salad, but I prefer elegant egg salad with cashew nuts and curry. Here's my recipe.

INGREDIENTS

4 large eggs, hard boiled

1 / 2 cup celery, diced

2 green onions, white and green parts, diced

2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

1 / 2 cup salt cashew pieces

1 / 3 cup light mayonnaise

1 / 8 teaspoonSalt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon curry powder

shredded lettuce

METHOD

Hard boil eggs and cool well. Peel eggs, cut in half and mash with a fork. Add celery, green onions, parsley and cashew nuts. Combine mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour dressing over the egg mixture and gently throw. Spread filling on whole wheat, five grain or Italian bread and top with shredded lettuce. Makes 5-6 sandwiches.

Elegant Egg and ShrimpSalad: Allow two eggs. Add 1 / 2 cup cooked, chopped shrimp.

Elegant Egg and Bacon Salad: Have an egg. Add 1 / 3 cup cooked bacon pieces.

Tropical Grilled Pork Chops

BBQ INGREDIENTS
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprikaPowder
1 / 4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pod cardamom seeds
1 / 2 teaspoon water, or as needed
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 / 4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 / 2 cup sugar
1 mango - peeled, cored and chopped
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 tsp coriander
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, minced
1 1 / 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
3 rings pineapple, chopped
1 pinch of white pepper
1 / 3 cup soy sauce
1 / 3 cup rice wine vinegar
6 porkChops

DIRECTIONS
Using a mortar and pestle, mash together garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and cardamom. Mix enough water into a paste.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir in spice paste and cook until it begins to bubble, about 30 seconds. Stir in vinegar and cook for 2 minutes without boiling. Stir in sugar until it dissolves. Mix in mango, salt, coriander, lemon juice and jalapeno leave; simmer 20 minutes. Stir in applesauce and pineapple, simmer 10Minute more. Season with white pepper. Place in a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

To prepare marinade, mix 2 / 3 cup salsa with soy sauce and 1 / 3 cup vinegar. Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over the chops. Seal tightly, and in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Prepare grill for medium to high heat. Drain marinade from bag in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lightly oil grill grate. Place pork chops on the hot grill. Cook10 minutes or to desired doneness, turn once while cooking and stitching, occasionally with the marinade.

Warm remaining salsa over medium-low heat. Serve pork chops topped with the salsa.

American Grilled Beer Burgers Recipe

Talk about a recipe that is American through and through! Here's an all-American burger recipe is that I, together recently. I use beer in many developing recipes, as I improved in the flavors of a recipe and adds layers of flavor. Be especially patriotic and use a US-American practices for this recipe!

Ingredients:

1.5 kilograms of lean meat

1 egg, beaten

2 cloves garlic, chives

1 12 oz bottle of beer

4 tsp.brown sugar

1 tsp. Chili powder

4 tsp. McCormick Grill Mates ® ® Roasted Garlic Montreal Steak ® seasoning

1 tsp. Lawry's ® seasoned pepper (or black pepper)

2 tbsp. Butter

1.5 cups of sweet onion cut into thin slices

2 tbsp. Soy sauce

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. Louisiana Hot Pepper Sauce

1 tsp. Mustard

7 or 8 hamburger buns

Instructions:

Ina large bowl, thoroughly combine the ground beef, egg, 1 clove garlic, 3 tsp. the brown sugar, chili powder, and two tablespoons. the beer. Set) in pies (to seven or eight small pies. Add half the remaining beer, and the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. brown sugar, mustard, and yellow. Cooking is good until the beer is absorbed into the onions and the onions are slightly brown. The rest of the beer and cook for a while.

Curry Chicken Recipe - Which Nationality?

There are hundreds of chicken curry recipes from all nations, which has the generic "curry" in his kitchen. Most people think, the Indian curry when they think a chicken curry recipe, so here's a very easy to get you started.

Basic Chicken Curry Recipe

Make 4 chicken pieces (leg, breast or thigh, therefore (8)) or 500g (1 lb) chicken thighs or breast cubes

Add the can of tomatoes and salt to taste. If the mixture seems too dry, you then add a little water, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and let cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until the chicken cooked through.

Oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add onion and garlic, cook until garlic just begins to assume a golden color. Then add the ground New Mexico chile, tomatoes, tomato paste, wine, dried rosemary, fresh basil, fresh oregano, bay leaf and salt.

Chicken Wings Asian Style

Ingredients:

5 pounds (about 30) Frozen Chicken Wings
10 ounces soy sauce
1 / 2 cup Brown Sugar
1 / 2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 / 8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
5 garlic cloves, peeled
Fresh ginger, 1 inch piecepeeled

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 250 F.

2. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, white sugar, honey, cayenne pepper, garlic and ginger in blender. Smooth move.

3. Arrange chicken in single layer on foil lined baking sheet. Cover wings with sauce. Toss to coat.

4. Bake 2 to 2-1/2 hours, turn wings and coat with sauce per half hour or so.

5. Place wings on serving platter and Serve.

Chinese Style Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

24Whole Chicken Wings
3 / 4 cup soy sauce
3 / 4 cup dry sherry
1-1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons honey
4-6 cups peanut or canola oil, for frying

Preparation:

1. With a sharp knife, cut chicken pieces at the joints. Dispose of the tips.

2. Add wings, soy sauce, dry sherry, fresh ginger, crushed garlic and honey in large resealable plastic bag.

3. Secure bag and throw for the coating of wings.

4. Churchill inRefrigerator. Turn bag occasionally to marinate evenly.

5. Remove wings from marinade take and drain. Discard marinade.

6. Preheat oil in deep fryer or heavy saucepan to 370 F.

7. Add chicken wings oil in small batches.

8. Fry for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear.

9. Drain on absorbent paper.

Southern Style Shrimp Jambalaya Recipe

Several years ago my husband and I have had a trip down to Alabama and met a woman who ran a little diner-style restaurant on one of these back roads in the country. My husband ordered the Shrimp Jambalaya and enjoyed it. We asked her for the recipe and she said she would in a few minutes. After about 10 minutes, hands, they slip us a paper with her handwritten recipe on it.

We live in the Mid-Atlantic States as Southern-style food to eat every day not something that we get to enjoy too often. If we now make recipe for Darla, it brings back fond memories of our trip to Alabama.

The only changes we make use of their original recipe is that we like to use big shrimp and we only use a 1 / 2 an onion. You can find the recipe with the changes or with its original version.

Shrimp Jambalaya

1 large onion, finely chopped

1 / 2 medium bell pepper, chopped

1 clove> Garlic, finely chopped

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 pound raw medium shrimp

1 cup of rice, whether

2 cups chicken broth

1 teaspoon salt

1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper

1 / 2 teaspoon dried thyme

1 / 8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 can (16 ounces) whole tomatoes

Cooked 1 / 2 pound sausage (and cut into bite-size pieces)

In a soup pot, combine the chopped onion, pepper, garlic and 2 tablespoonsof vegetable oil. Saute these ingredients on medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes or until it is no longer pink. You need to stir frequently to prevent sticking to it. Remove shrimp mixture and set aside in a bowl.

Cook the remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and rice in the soup pot over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the fried rice. This process takes 8-10 minutes. Stir in the chicken broth, salt, pepper, thyme,crushed red pepper and whole tomatoes. Heat this mixture in a boiling, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer until rice is soft (about 12-15 minutes).

Stir in the shrimp mixture and the chopped sausage. Cover and cook until the shrimp and sausages are hot. Serve immediately.

This recipe is a hearty 4-5 servings.
