Muscle Building and Your Dieting - 500 Calorie Muscle Building Recipes

We all keep hearing the same thing about our food while toning. Do this, do not do that, you can only X amount of calories you need to ensure that it is your protein intake so and so.

Well, I thought I would at least prior to contribute something to the calorie counting part. In this article I will outline some very good 500 calories muscle building recipes, overview, well around 500 calories. Yes, they are tasty. Here we go:

Black Bean & ZucchiniQuesadilla:

1 cup chopped zucchini
½ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tsp cumin
2 whole wheat tortillas

2 tablespoons salsa

1Cup cooked brown rice.
1 tablespoon sesame oil.
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3 ounces cooked shrimp
2 cups chopped bok choy

How it can be used together: Saute 'first 5 ingredients for 3 minutes to add. Bok choy and shrimp and cook 5 minutes longer can.

Florentine Chicken & Goat Cheese Flatbread:

3 cups baby spinach
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove garlic,Minced
1 whole wheat pita bread
4 ounces chicken, minced no skin.
1 ounces goat cheese, crumbled.

How can it together: Saute 'spinach, garlic and oil until spinach Wilts. Pitta bread bake at 350f for 7 minutes. Top with spinach mixture, chicken and cheese. Bake for 12 minutes more.
