Ingredients:

2 pounds medium shrimp

1 / 4 cup lemon juice

4 tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions:

In a large non-reactive bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic and black pepper. Season with crushed red pepper, if desired. Add shrimp and coat to throw. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill for high heat. Thread shrimp on skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. The whole thing with sea salt, if desired.

Lightly oil grill grate. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side,or until opaque.

Clam chowder with vegetables

Ingredients:

12 large shucked clams and clam juice

8 Intermediate fresh diced tomatoes

3 or 4 diced white potatoes

Cioppino - Classic Spicy Italian Fish Soup Just Loaded With Fresh Seafood and Fresh Flavor

1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails left on
1 / 2 pound of king crab legs
1 (1-1 1/2-pound) lobsters
Over 20 bay scallops (1 1 / 2 pounds)
1 / 2 pounds firm fish,as, for example, cod, cut into 1-inch cubes
12 small fresh clams, all kinds
1 / 4 cup dry brandy, if desired

Directions:
